Molly Rosen is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of ProjectNext Leadership, a global leader in executive development. Along with Jeff Rosenthal, she has provided thought leadership on a number of key leadership topics, such as leading across silos in matrixed organizations (as most recently described in their Harvard Business Review article, How to Lead Across a Siloed Organization, Jan. 2024).
For over 20 years, Molly has worked with leaders in tech, entertainment and biotech as a strategic consultant, executive coach, and facilitator. High-performing leaders from companies such as DocuSign, Pixar, and Airbnb have trusted Molly to help them transition into critical roles and prepare to lead key changes in their organizations. As regional Vice President of BlessingWhite (now part of Korn Ferry), Molly contributed significantly to the company’s growth. She also lent her years of expertise to an innovative technology learning start-up called Ninth House, before departing to start her own consulting business. Internationally, Molly has held posts in Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.
Aside from her leadership work, Molly was on the the Today Show for creating and serving as Managing Editor of the book Knowing Pains: Women on Love, Sex and Work in Our 40s, and she created the blog Working Chronicles: Personal Stories of America at Work. These projects deepened Molly’s insights into the challenges of people finding their voice, and honed her skills in helping them tell their stories. She lives in Oakland, California, has served on multiple boards of educational organizations and donates her time working with high impact leaders of several nonprofit organizations.
